The HECSOs multi case study data analysis is out!
The HECSOs multi case study analyses – Building knowledge on community engagement practices is out now!
The report is the result of all the work done so far in the HECSOs project. It is mainly divided in three parts:
- The literature review with the definition of the construct of community engagement
- The questions, methodology and findings of the analyses of 16 case studies selected out of 75 practices collected.
- The brief description of all 16 case studies.
In the analyses we looked in particular to the process of community engagement (starting from the challenge), the value generation process, the stakeholder’s empowerment, the key enablers of community engagement as well as the know-how/competences mapping.
This report contains also as annexes the list of the other 59 practices and the main tools used in the research and interviews.
